Where's the line?

A while ago I wrote this about the Bush Cult, those who continue to support Gee-Dub in spite of everything:
"With their party in control of the government, they have abandoned even the rhetorical pretense of accountability and limited government and embraced total power for the executive."
To any Bush supporters out there who still claim to support limited government, I have a simple question:

Where is the line?

Where are the limits to the powers being claimed by this administration?

What limits are they prepared to acknowledge on their "right" to act unilaterally, without deference to Congress, due process, or international law?

What distinguishes the powers and privileges being claimed by the current occupants of the White House from those claimed by any totalitarian government?
